MRCB has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement on 21 July 2008 with MBSB Development Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a vacant freehold land of Seksyen 1, Bandar Batu Ferringgi, Daerah Timor Laut, Pulau Pinang ("the Land") measuring approximately 13,533 square metres for a purchase consideration of RM26.0 million ("Proposed Acquisition").
